"When we were living in our 150 year old, 2 bedroom townhouse in Wilmington, we could only dream of owning a home at the beach. Finding a house and getting financing was not that easy. Oh, by the way, when our townhouse in Wilmington was not selling, Robin & Chad stepped in and creatively positioned and financed a young couple who loved our town home, and like us, never thought they could afford their own dream home. Thanks to Chad and Robin, there are two families exactly where they want to be, and financially able to make it all happen.
